David Humphreys has 26 years experience in Ottawa, including terms as bureau chief of The Globe and Mail and as managing editor of The Ottawa Journal.

After serving as executive assistant to a federal minister, he opened Humphreys Public Affairs Group in 1980. Specializing in housing and real estate, he is one of Ottawa's most respected government relations and communications consultants.
